This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. This handsome older boy was found chained to a tree. The chain was imbedded in the tree and a collar had previously been imbedded in the dog's neck. Owner must have removed the collar as the wound had healed partially. Chain was found wrapped around his neck. He is very sweet. He is on death row and has been for 2 months but because he is so sweet and docile, the shelter has given him reprieve after reprieve. But they are now saying that they can't hold him much longer and keep putting other dogs down to spare him.
